Live on IG, live on TikTok, live on Telegram, talking about supplementation, answering some
questions about supplementation as well. Good supplements can make or break healing.
Bad supplements can make or break healing, right? So people don't realize a bad supplement,
and then you lose your chance to heal. Make or break. Good supplement, you got a better chance
to heal, right? And in that matters, it really makes a difference. Okay. Years ago, decades ago,
and I know I told the story a long time ago. I don't know how long, but it was a while.
I would go into nursing homes, right? I'd be in nursing homes and you'd have somebody laying there
that's too young, too young to be bedridden, right? So they'd be laying in bed. Their family
would have me there. I'd be there. And I'd be like, well, we got to get B12 in them right away.
So I'd literally be taking the B12 out, right? And it wasn't even a good B12. It wasn't even a
good B12 because it was all that I had access to many, many years ago. And I put B12 right in their
mouth, right in this person's mouth, right? And they'd be in the nursing home and they'd be just
laying there. And then I would say to the family, you got to do this every single day. And the
family's doctor would be there and they'd be like, you know what? It's a great idea. Let's do it.
And next thing you know, three days later, five days later, even with a bad B12,
the nursing home patient would be actually all of a sudden sitting up and wanting to eat now.
Sitting up and wanting to eat. And then the family would be like to the doctor,
Do you think we can minimize the medications?
Do you think we can wean off?
The doctors are sure.
The patient's on too much medication as it is.
Let's come down on the medications and then more be 12.
And next thing you know it, right?
A little bit more of that, a little bit.
But now the patient's walking and starting to walk again.
And so it's make or break, right?
I can't tell you how many times I did that with celery juice too,
being in a nursing home with a family that wanted me to be there.
And then I bring in celery juice.
And the patient's drinking a little bit of celery juice.
And then I say to the family and the family's doctor, this patient, you know, try the celery juice, right?
Days later, days later, all of a sudden the patient's starting to come around.
You're right.
These things, all these things matter.
The details matter.
Like these things are life changing.
And then when you have something of quality that supersedes anything else out there,
something of quality, that's when you really stand a chance to heal. And we're up against so
many things right now that are so bad. Like it's not like it even was decades ago. Back then,
right, I was helping people that had HIV. I was helping people that had, right, the worst, sure,
the worst viral fatigue and brain inflammation and all kinds of other conditions and neurological
Lyme and multiple sclerosis, right? But now we're at a place where we're dealing with a lot more,
but more aggressive forms of it. And now we've got the chemicals in our face every minute
and we got the metals are getting worse and worse. So we're up against more now than we ever did.
And never we ever were against you guys. And so it makes a difference to having every single,
leg up we can get. Every single angle we can battle chronic illness on. It's so important.
So I was thinking about the word so important, right? Like what's so important? What's so
important? Well, when you're on mattress island and you're really sick or you're somebody suffering
with mental health issues and you can't even function and you can't get ahead of yourself
and you're being held back. You're somebody dealing with all kinds of neurological symptoms.
You can't get your life together. You're struggling and you're suffering. It's really important. It really is, right?
So I got a brain in front of me right now, and I'm talking about B12 and how it's critical for the central nervous system.
I got olive leaf. I might talk about that a little bit. Astrogandha here, right? Melatonin, that's a great one for the brain that I want to talk about too.
5MTHF, that's the other one. So I want to talk about B12 for a minute because there's a lot of confusion about B12.
Lots of it.
Just because your B12 levels are high on a blood test doesn't mean they're even high enough
or doesn't mean you're getting that B12 to the central nervous system.
There's a lot of problems people don't realize on how it works.
The tests they go by is from the 1920s.
How much B12 is in somebody's bloodstream from the 1920s, 1930s?
And that was just a guesstimate.
So that's not like that's a one size fits all.
So when you look at blood work, you guys are looking at a one size fits all.
So when you see your blood work and you see your nutrient profile, are you the same as every single human being as far as like what you've been up against?
Right?
About what your stress level and what you're doing and what kind of chronic illness you're suffering with.
Are you identical to the other person?
Are you identical to every single person?
Are we just like, are we just a whole bunch of sheep that one size fits all is perfect for us or something like that?
Like that's the way to go.
Like you could be somebody dealing with neurological symptoms where you require way more B12 than somebody else does.
But yet we're thrown into this one size fits all mentality at the functional medicine doctor's office.
It's, that's what it is.
It's like, oh, so that B12 number that I'm supposed to have is the standard B12 number everybody's supposed to have.
But yet I went through a divorce and I went through all this trouble and I was betrayed recently.
And then I'm under a lot of financial stress.
I'm under other stress.
I just had a family member I lost.
I just had this and this and this.
So that B12 number is supposed to be the same for every single person.
And it's not supposed to be the same.
That's why sometimes you just have to go for it.
You have to go for it.
So I teach doctors where, look, if they're sick and their B12 is fine, why are they sick?
Why are they at the doctor's office?
Why are they at the specialist?
Why are they traveling around looking for answers every minute?
Their blood works okay, but they're sick, right?
So how much B12 is actually in their nervous system is a whole other game.
How much B12 is actually in their organs and glands, especially the central nervous system in the brain, is a whole other thing.
And people don't realize that.
A lot of people are sensitive to B12 because they had a B12 shot before.
They had a B12 shot at some point in their life.
When they had a B12 shot, their body starts to build antibodies to B12 and they become sensitive to B12 and they don't methylate the B12.
and a lot of people are sensitive because of that.
So that's when it's important to have like a 5-MTHF,
like methylfolate.
That's important too.
So this is the VimrG stuff if you guys don't know.
I see some new people on there.
It's V as in Victor, I, M as in Mary, E-R-G-Y.com.
I'm not sponsored.
I'm not an ambassador.
I don't own the company.
Anyway, it's just the best stuff out there.
Now we're blessed to actually have the right stuff
out here to begin with.
So let's talk about the high-fat diet for a little bit
that everybody's on. So here's what happens when you're on your high fat diets, right?
If you're a plant-based person and you're tanking a lot of fats, it'll suspend your nutrients in
your bloodstream. So that snapshot you get at the doctor's office, when you get your blood work done,
it's a snapshot, but it's a snapshot of nutrients that are suspended in your bloodstream because of
all the fats that you're eating. So if you had fats at dinner the night before, it's going to
suspend your nutrients in your bloodstream. So when a doctor takes a blood test and they see
nutrients in your bloodstream, it's really not a correct window anyway, even though it's a snapshot,
but it's not a correct snapshot because all the fat in your bloodstream is suspending those
nutrients and holding on to it, and it's not entering into your central nervous system or
into your organs. And then eventually, it just sits in your bloodstream until it clocks out.
That's what happens with supplements. Supplements, if they sit in your bloodstream too long,
they clock out. And when they clock out, they don't enter organs and they don't enter into
glands. They don't enter into the central nervous system and the whole bit. So that's something to
know right there that's really important. So right now we're talking about supplementation.
We're talking about B12 a little bit, how critical it is. We're talking about other stuff too,
and the brain and central nervous system. So let's go into this a bit, okay?
people will often take a b12 that has alcohol in it msg natural flavors citric acid and other
problems that are that are actually mean other bad things and fillers and additives inside their b12
and they don't know that's a problem all on its own and then the low quality b12 right so that
all combined or the wrong kind of b12 all of it combined makes it so they can't move the needle
When you have the right stuff, things change.
Now, I noticed that we're in a world where people take a lot of things for granted.
They don't understand what good things we do have.
And when it comes down to something like a company like this, Vimergy, and what they do,
it's above everything else that I've seen so far.
Unless something comes along, I'm always looking.
I talk to supplement companies all the time out there, and I say,
why don't you try to match what Vimergy does?
Why don't you try to do stuff that Vimergy does?
Why don't you try to supersede them?
And they're just like, no, we're not going to do it.
We're not going to do it, AW.
We're not going to do it.
So I can't find anybody better so far than Vimergy when it comes down to supplementation.
So it's the best stuff I've seen out there.
Once again, I'm not sponsored.
Let's cover some other aspects of how it works here.
So a lot of people get confused and they think, how do they take their B12?
Can I take it with food?
Can I take it with water?
You can put it in a little bit of water, a little bit of a shot glass, right?
Add a little water to it, and you can take it like that every single day.
You can mix it with other things, too.
You don't have to put it directly in the mouth.
I mean, I've put it directly in the mouth many times, but I've also added it here, right?
Right to a shot glass, and then I add water to it, and then I'll add other things to it, too.
So then I'll add, you know, my olive leaf.
I'll add the cat's claw to it.
I'll add the licorice root to it and I'll add it to it.
Put a little bit of water and send it down each day.
Like that's what I do.
And that's a way, you know, ask your doctor the way you want to do it or whatever.
But that's what I tell friends and family.
It's a great way to do it.
You get a shot glass or you get just a glass.
You have a little bit of water in there and you put it in there with a little bit of water
and you send it down.
You can chase it down with more water.
That's one way to do it.
But the goal is to get it in you.
and that's the key critical thing, right?
So when it comes down to methylation,
a lot of people have methylation problems
because their liver's all messed up.
So what people do is they walk around with messed up livers,
stagnant sluggish livers that aren't functioning properly
and that's what they live with, right?
So when your liver's not functioning great,
it's not converting vitamins and nutrients good.
So that's where the methylation issues happen, especially when people are viral.
So a lot of people are dealing with low-grade viral infections like Epstein-Barr.
Epstein-Barr creates this low-grade viral infection.
It sits inside the liver, and then methylation goes down the drain.
That's why it's critical to have a high-quality B12.
You beat out the methylation problem when someone has viral loads and liver issues.
You actually beat it out when you're using the right adenosilcobalamin and methylcobalamin,
the right blend, and the right quality, right?
You're doing good. You're actually beating out your methylation issue. Another way to beat out
the methylation issue for people who feel like they're sensitive to B12 because they don't
realize it, but they had a B12 shot at some time in their life. They got sensitive to B12.
The methylfolate, that's a great addition. So that's the Vimergy methylfolate right there.
It enhances B12. So if you take it at the same time, that's great. You can take it separately too,
but it enhances the B12. So the methylfolate, and that's really helpful. It helps with methylation
of B12, which is great, but it also helps with methylation of every vitamin and mineral too.
But a lot of people, their liver's stagnant and sluggish, right? Which then leads to their blood
being toxic and then they end up not methylating properly. And then when they're doing their high
fats, too many high fats in their diet, whether it's plant-based or animal-based,
their nutrients suspend along with all the junk and garbage that's in their bloodstreams. They
have all the toxins, then their nutrients get suspended in the bloodstream and they clock out,
they time out. When the supplements sit in the bloodstream too long, they don't go to where they
need to go. We then eliminate them. So we urinate them out of our body. So having good quality
supplements is critical to not urinating all your supplements out of your body. That's a big part of
it. High quality supplements get to places faster and they get to places better. They're not,
they're not denatured so the body actually doesn't have to work hard on them. So when you have a good
B12, your liver doesn't have to do a lot of work. It gets to the right places. It gets at the central
nervous system. It doesn't time out fast. It doesn't clock out fast. What that means is
if a supplement's in your bloodstream for too long without having a destination, it times out.
And so people walk around, they're not healing, they're taking tons of supplements from their doctors, they're going to their functional doctors, and they're going to the chiropractors, right?
They go to their acupuncturist, and they're taking all these supplements, and the supplements are just floating around in their bloodstream, suspended by poisons and toxins, and they're basically timing out and clocking out.
And that's what's happening, okay?
And also irritating their stomach lining with all the citric acid and MSG and everything else.
These things matter when it's about healing.
The details matter.
So when it comes down to healing, every little bit counts.
So medical medium information, you guys, is about starting from the smallest amount of everything.
Like you can start with just celery juice, four ounces a day.
If you're somebody that's sensitive, four ounces a day, right?
Eight ounces a day, 16 ounces a day of celery juice.
I mean, you can literally start that and then you can knock out some of the foods that aren't good that I talk about in the books, right?
And you're eliminating some of those foods, like the cheese and the gluten, right, and the corn.
And then you can keep on going as far as you need to go.
If you're somebody that's on mattress island, been through hell and back, you've been off gluten, you know, you've been doing the best you can, you've been seeing a lot of practitioners and doctors, you're chronically sick, that's when you can go further.
And that's where every little bit counts, like the right kind of B12, right?
The right kind of things that you need.
And so let's go into the next thing too I want to talk about, which is cat's claw.
So I want to go into that a little bit.
So this is the Vimergy cat's claw right here.
I was just telling a story on YouTube before, right?
Or right where I was just now on Facebook and YouTube.
It's just telling a story of how I used to have dried cat's claw in a glass jar in my office.
and then when doctors and patients would come to my office to want to want to get help I would take
the cat's claw off like this I would take the cat's claw out and it was just a dried like you
know it was shaved right it's basically bark I would take the cat's claw out and then make them
the cat's claw tea and I'd be like here you know it's a cat's claw tea for both of them doctor and
their patient and back then it was the best I can do it was the best cat's claw I could find back
then. If I had this available back then, the amount of speeding up in the healing process for
people would have been just unbelievable. Yeah, they were getting healing results from the
dried cat's claw, but there was a stopping point of the potency and how it was actually,
you know, being delivered into the body. There was a lot more work to do with it. They had to
drink a lot more of it and they had to be like drinking cat's claw tea all day long, right?
when they were really sick.
And nowadays, okay, we're up against stronger problems.
We're up against more viral issues.
We're up against chemicals and pathogens,
different bacteria, like different streps,
and lots of chemical poisons.
So now it's like the game has to be upped in life for healing.
So I see myself truly blessed to be able to tell friends and family
about the cat's claw, like this kind of potency,
this kind of cat's claw.
Like if I had this cat's claw back then,
I mean, it would have been incredible, unbelievable.
But we have it now.
And that's what's amazing right there,
especially people up against so many things.
So the whole thing about cat's claw
and neurological Lyme and multiple sclerosis
and fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis
and all these other different autoimmune conditions,
it's critical to have cat's claw.
Ask your doctor what's right for you.
But I'm telling you that I recommend doctors and their patients.
using the cat's claw all the time.
It's like, how much cat's claw do you want?
Well, not really on cat's claw right now.
These things all matter when it comes down to healing,
depending on how bad you are, how bad off you are.
These things make a difference.
It's critical, right?
And Lissy just said,
you stay positive with all the craziness
going around out there.
Thank you, Lissy, you're awesome.
So when it comes down to healing,
there's a lot of misinformation out there
and a lot of bad supplements, okay?
And then there's a lot of hit jobs, like on stuff, okay?
Like melatonin.
It's like, don't take melatonin.
It'll mess up your hormones.
I hear that all the time.
Meanwhile, there's nothing behind it.
There's nothing substantial about that claim,
about it hinders hormones.
It doesn't.
It actually helps.
But melatonin is critical because it's a brain antioxidant.
And right now, everybody's brains are under
of certain amount of stress compared to what it was before, meaning pathogen stress and chemical
stress and toxin stress, right? Emotional stress. So what I love about the melatonin,
this is the Vimergy one. If you guys just came on here and saw somebody ask about it a second ago,
Vimergy is the supplement company that I find is the best stuff out there so far. I'm looking for
other companies to rise to the occasion, and I have not seen that happen. I've tested, I purchased
supplements from every company that I could find out there. And I've talked to company owners out
there and they just won't up the standards because when you start talking to them and you find out
where it comes from and you find out that it's the low quality stuff and you find out how they mix it
with other things, it's just a disaster out there, right? So that's the melatonin. And I was just
showing everybody on Facebook and YouTube. That's how I take it every day. Look at night. That's how
I do it? I just take a handful like this. I don't count the capsules. I don't say, whoa, did I just
take two or three more? Or did I take a, I just throw that much in there. It can end up at 10,
20, 30 milligrams. It can end up at 40 milligrams. It can end up more than that. It can end up at 25
milligrams, but that's how I take it every single night. I just drop it in like that. I send it down
and I send water down. That's what I do. It's a brain antioxidant. And the reason why I take it
is because I push my brain to its max 20 hour work days, 19 hour work days. Lately I'm doing
worse, which is more than that. So I'm doing worse than a 20 hour work day lately,
which is actually really not, I wouldn't recommend that for anybody. It's actually not smart,
But I do it anyway.
The point is, so when I need to take those few hours of sleep or two hours of sleep or something,
I'll send down a bunch of melatonin because I want that brain antioxidant to get in there for rejuvenation.
But a lot of people with sleeping problems, I don't take it for sleeping problems.
If I need to sleep, I'll sleep.
Or if I have to fall asleep, I'll fall asleep.
But I know a lot of people have sleeping issues.
And then mental health issues.
A lot of people have depression and they have the anxiety and the depersonalization, the OCD and all of that.
Melatonin is critical for those mental health issues.
A lot of times mental health issues, and I talk to doctors all the time about this,
when they get really bad with their patients and then their patients aren't even doing anything they need them to do
because the mental health issue is making it so they don't even want to take anything.
So if they do take something, it has to count.
So when it comes down to like mental health issues
Everything counts because if someone with severe depression
If you're about to tell them hey look you need to take this melatonin
You need to take this b12 it's gonna help and if it's not the right b12 or it's a bad melatonin
What happens is they don't see anything move with their depression
And then now they're just gonna give up they're gonna give up really fast
So people with depression, anxiety, depersonalization, bipolar, and I was talking to a doctor about this, they give up in seconds.
They give up in an hour.
They'll come to the doctor's office and they'll try a crappy supplement.
If something doesn't happen, they're done.
And they don't do anything.
So every little bit counts.
So what I recommend to doctors is, like for mental health issues, is they've got to be cranking the B12, the right kind of B12, a good one.
You have to take advantage of the fact that they'll actually want to participate and heal themselves.
So take advantage and you give them the best stuff, right?
And the same thing with the melatonin.
You give them the right kind of melatonin and the best kind.
Next thing you know, their depression is starting to ease off and their life's changing.
Medical Me and Mommy says this was a game changer.
Trinity says this was a game changer for Nicholas's sleep.
So really, the melatonin, that's amazing, Trinity.
Autism made it hard for him to fall asleep, and this helps him fall asleep and fall asleep longer.
Incredible, which makes a difference because for mental health, it's so good to have that opportunity.
I'm so happy to.
Send my love to Nicholas.
I'm so proud of you guys.
Trinity, I really am.
Sadly, people give up on medical mean protocols too early too.
Oh, yeah, and they give up on everything.
A lot of times they'll give up on medical medium protocols because they'll be sabotaged by people telling them purposely, oh, don't do the medical medium or don't do this.
And they just can't handle that.
So that happens to, you know, I've seen that happen out there where they'll be, you know, they'll be trolled, you know.
Anyway, so yeah, so when it comes down to it, we're talking about melatonin right now.
We're talking about different supplementation, you guys.
So we're live on TikTok, live on IG, live on Telegram right now, right?
And you want to make sure you take advantage of somebody who actually wants to participate, like I was saying.
And with mental health issues, people give up really fast.
And the best way to move people forward with mental health issues is if they have the best opportunity and the best things to do so.
So that's the melatonin.
and I tell doctor friends all the time,
how much melatonin are your patients on?
They got anxiety, they got depression,
they got OCD, AW, what do we do?
Like how much melatonin?
Well, they're on one milligram of melatonin.
Like do you think you can do more than one milligram of melatonin?
A doctor would be like, okay, definitely we can do more.
And when they do, things start to change.
All right, so let's talk about a little bit
some other things too.
all right so we covered the 5-mthf to help methylation we covered that a little bit it's
great to take with the b12 for people who are sensitive or think they're sensitive to b12 a
lot of people have problems happening constantly so if they ate something one day they'll think
it's what they ate if they took something one day they'll think it's what they took
but what they do is they have this intermediate problem all the time happening so you could be
talking to them and they'll think it's you because you were talking to them right it's like
Oh, my stomach's upset right when we were talking.
Or my stomach's upset right when I had that coconut oil pie.
Or my stomach, which probably would give you stomach cake.
My stomach's upset right when I took that supplement.
That stomach's upset right when I had that muffin.
My stomach's upset right when I had that lettuce.
My stomach, so what they happen, they have their stomach's upset all the time anyway is what I'm trying to say.
It could be upset at any time, at any place in their life.
And then also they take a little B12.
They're just like, oh, I think I'm feeling something going on.
So there's those people that are just scared of everything because they have PTSD from having a problem.
And so every time they try a new thing or a new supplement, they also get nervous.
And once you can pass that fear and you actually take something high quality like a B12 that's high quality and you start getting better, then the fear starts to go away.
And then the 5-MPHF is for methylation issues, the whole bit.
I got dosages in the books, in the medical reading books.
I'll just show you really quick.
That's Cleanse to Heal, if you guys have it.
Get it free at the library if you want, right?
There's Cleanse to Heal right there.
I often hear people say,
well, supplements are expensive,
and they're going out and buying an $80 bottle of collagen,
$85 bottle of folic minerals, which doesn't do anything,
a $100 bottle of shilajit, which doesn't do anything,
a $150 bottle of pearl powder, which doesn't do anything,
$50 bottle of activated charcoal, a new kind.
It's like they'll do all this stuff.
And then they'll be like, oh, supplements are too expensive.
And then they miss out on the best stuff they can ever get, which is really sad.
So we're talking about supplementation right now.
A lot of people now are dealing with all kinds of immune system issues or immune system.
So that's an immune cell right there.
So if you're sick and you're dealing with any kind of symptom that keeps on carrying over your days,
so it means it doesn't go away and my symptoms sticking with me and my problems sticking with me,
then there's an immune system issue too.
My acne is always there.
My psoriasis, my eczemas keep on coming back.
Then there's an immune system thing.
I have autoimmune.
The doctor thinks I have autoimmune.
That's what's going on.
I have dizziness and I'm brain fogged and I'm fatigued.
that means your immune system is struggling, right? Supplements give us this opportunity
to change that, to help our immune system and change that and help us heal. And that's what's
incredible about the supplementation, right? Now you can always start with just the foods.
And I say that all the time. You can start with celery juice. You can start with the heavy metal
detox smoothie. The heavy metal detox smoothie will have the spirulina, the barley grass juice
pattern there to get the metals out and chemicals out. And you can start with the foods and then you
lower your fats and then you try one of the cleanses and the books. You can start with that.
There are people out there, they just do the 369 and they're better, right? But then there's people
out there that are very viral, loads of viral issues, loads of pathogen issues, and they need
something more. We need to go to that next level of our healing. So that's where the B12 comes in
for the central nervous system.
That's where the cat's claw comes in
for the antiviral, antibacterial
because that's the whole thing.
So I'm just going to,
you saw somebody just ask about Vimergy.
I said it earlier,
I do not own Vimergy.
I'm not the owner of Vimergy.
I'm not an ambassador of Vimergy.
I'm not sponsored by Vimergy, okay?
And yeah.
All right.
So I know that you're not used to seeing this where someone's showing supplements and they're not sponsored.
And I know that some of you guys, it's just foreign to you.
It's just like my YouTube channel doesn't have advertisements.
That's foreign to everybody too.
It's just my podcast doesn't have advertisements, advertisers.
That's foreign to everybody too.
It's just I do things differently than other people do.
So I know that's foreign to everybody.
My podcast, I can't tell you how many times advertisers are always saying, how come you're the only podcast with that many people listening and you have no sponsors and advertisers on there.
I just do things differently.
I know people aren't used to that.
So I know someone's just going to just be whatever.
But I do work with Wyman's and I'm proud of it.
And I do work with Omega and I've said that many times.
Okay. All right. So let's talk about, um, olive leaf a little bit because I didn't talk about that
today. I want to cover that right now. So a lot of people got the H. pylori. A lot of people have
different things like that, but they'll have H. pylori, they'll have streptococcus, they'll have
SIBO, they'll have, they'll have bacteria overgrowth in their intestinal tract. Okay.
Well, I love olive leaf because it's one of those antibacterials where it's knocking down
like H. pylori, it's knocking down streptococcus E. coli, C. diff. I love it for that. And that's
something that's really, you know, a great opportunity for people who have a lot of
different issues. Another thing about olive leaf too, I love it for colds, flus. I love it for bugs
going around. I love it in that capacity too. And I love it for protocols too. Like if someone
has some Epstein-Barr going on and they got fibro and they got Hashimoto's and they have autoimmune
and they have lupus and I love olive leaf for all of that too. So that's an incredible, you know,
incredible supplement. The difference is you'd be like, oh, let me look up olive leaf somewhere.
Oh, I can buy this one here. Well, good luck because it doesn't mean the quality's there.
There's an entirely different quality standard with the Vimrigy stuff, just letting you know.
So if you guys want to check it out sometime, Vimrigy, V as in Victor, I, M as in Mary, D-R-G-Y.
The reason why I talk about supplementation and I talk about the high quality supplementation is because, like I said, it can make or break somebody's healing to the finish line.
It can change someone's life if they're on mattress island or couch island and they can't function and they can't get their life back.
It can change somebody's life because now they're seeing less doctors and they're getting less blood drawn and they're healing for once in five years.
Or they're healing finally.
And these things are what matters.
And that's why I talk about these things.
And I notice that people, I don't know how they can stand a chance of healing out there with all the misinformation.
So it's really hard.
So I want to talk about a question that somebody asked.
Does melatonin cause addiction?
No, there's no addictive nature to melatonin.
It's not an addictive substance.
Okay?
But what could be addictive is when they put the natural flavors and the MSG in your melatonin.
That could be an addiction. I'm letting you know. So what everybody has in their melatonin,
they have natural flavors in there. They have MSG in there, okay, inside their melatonin,
and they don't know it. So they become addicted to the MSG. MSG is a highly addictive substance,
by the way, okay? And so the Vimrigy company, they don't want to put that in their products.
And just so you know, that's a supplement trick for supplement companies is they put MSG through natural flavoring in your supplements.
So you become addicted to it.
I'm just letting you know they also put caffeine in their supplements.
You become addicted to it.
But they especially love to put MSG in their supplements.
And that's how you get addicted to supplements too.
So they create an addiction process, right?
And there's a lot of fat burner supplements out there.
And they all have, they're high in MSG to get you addicted.
So you're buying all these fat burner supplements.
Hair, skin, and nail supplements have a lot of garbage in them.
It's really sad what's in there too.
So it's all kinds of stuff out there, right?
Okay, so the reason why I like melatonin is that it kills off angiogenesis.
So it destroys the blood vessels that grow out of a tumor or a cyst or anything like that.
So blood vessels that grow out of a tumor or cysts.
So that's what they do.
So if you have a tumor, right, or a cyst or a growth somewhere in the body.
So if you have a tumor or a growth or a cyst somewhere in the body, and here it is, you've got a cyst underneath here in your liver, right?
Okay.
It starts to grow out little blood vessels.
And the same thing with fibroids too. Fibroids have little strings attached. So fibroids have little strings attached, little blood vessels, right? And these little blood vessels are getting nutrients to grow the growth.
okay so because melatonin is good to inhibit growths it's under sabotage and misinformation
they'll tell you that you get addicted to it they'll tell you it messes up your hormones
These are corruptive attacks so people don't slow down their answer.
Okay?
So these are attacks on melatonin so people don't slow down their answer.
So, okay.
Right?
Their answer.
Right?
Do you guys kind of know about answer?
So that's why melatonin is under attacks all the time.
It's always been under attack.
So it's to derail people from taking it.
Another thing too is the more people get brain diseases and brain problems,
the more the industry banks.
So melatonin is an antioxidant for the brain,
which keeps brain cells healthy and alive.
And so that's a whole other thing too.
And that's why melatonin, you know,
you'll see a lot of misinformation about melatonin out there.
You'll see a lot of it out there.
And it'll throw people, right?
So anyway, that's the Vergy melatonin.
It's the best stuff out there.
It doesn't have the MSG to make the addiction happen.
it doesn't have natural flavors which is the msg it doesn't have um bad stuff in there so the liquid
melatonin that have all the citric acid natural flavors and msg in there it's terrible right and
then there's capsules of melatonin out there but it's really poor quality like low quality
all right so that's the melatonin thing i'm talking about a little bit
and let's go we did the b12 did the cat's call we did the olive leaf a little too so we're good
But I was just giving you guys a little insight into supplementation, how it's important, a whole bit.
And I hope everybody is taking care of themselves.
I hope they're happy and they're doing the right things to take care of themselves and everything.
Someone asked me earlier, why do I take things?
Why? I'm supposed to be so healthy.
And I'm not sick, but why am I supposed to be so healthy?
How can I take things?
I take things because my doctor, Anthony William, has a doctor.
And my doctor recommends to Anthony William that I should take these supplements.
So my doctor's making appearance right now.
My doctor's here in the kitchen, the medical medium kitchen.
So I don't know if you guys met my doctor, but my doctor is Dr. Nesbitt.
And Dr. Nesbitt's been my family doctor and my doctor for years.
And what I do is I take advice from Dr. Nesbitt when he's sober.
When I find he's sober, his advice is actually really good.
Dr. Nesbitt says that I should take something.
What do you want me to take?
Dr. Nesbitt's reaching into the vitamin box here.
Dr. Nesbitt's pulling something out here.
Dr. Nesbitt, what do you have?
Dr. Nesbitt has some nettle leaf.
I don't really want nettle leaf in the moment.
I took nettle leaf last night.
do it now? No, I don't want to do this now. Dr. Nesbitt, Dr. Nesbitt's trying to tell me to
take some nettle leaf right now. He's the, I'll tell you right now, he's the only doctor I listen
to is Dr. Nesbitt. Dr. Nesbitt, don't make a mess, please. Dr. Nesbitt, what? I'm a bad patient.
Dr. Nesbitt says I'm the worst patient he's ever had. And he fires me as a patient sometimes.
You did? Is that why I was locked out of the office? I went to go to see Dr. Nesbitt's office and he locked me out. What happened? It's because I spilled a cup of coffee. I don't drink coffee, Dr. Nesbitt. He says I spilled a cup of coffee in the waiting room. Really? That wasn't.
He says I spilled a celery juice in the waiting room and he said it stained the carpet.
I did?
Dr. Nesbitt says that I'm a terrible patient.
I seem to make a mess when I come to the office.
So he's my doctor.
I'm glad you guys met him.
And I know you guys know Dr. Nesbitt, but I never told you he's my doctor, but he's my doctor.
He's taking care of my health care needs and I really appreciate it.
Can you tell everybody that I'm in good standing health because some people worry about me?
He says I'm in good health.
He says I'm in very good health.
He says he checked my heart the other day.
He's a heart surgeon.
And he said my heart is good, but he says he wants to remove it next week.
And he says he wants to.
You don't want to do that.
Dr. Nesbitt might be drunk.
I gotta go, you guys.
I have a feeling I smell alcohol in Dr. Nesbitt's breath.
You guys, I will see you next time.
On Telegram, I'll see you next time.
You guys on TikTok, I'll see you next time.
Alright?
And I love you guys.
What?
Alright.
No, we can go get an ice cream after.
Yeah.
What, we're still alive?
Oh, crap.
I just told everybody I'm going to have an ice cream with you later.
Live.
I thought we were off.
I know.
Alright, hold on.
We're still on.
Alright, you guys.
Dr. Nesbitt and I, we're going to have a celery juice together.
The ice cream parlor.
They sell celery juice there.
